During a turbocharger overhaul, we begin by disassembling the unit and conducting a detailed inspection of all components to detect signs of wear or damage. We also inspect the turbine and compressor wheels and balance the rotors as needed. After all parts are overhauled, the turbocharger is reassembled, tested, and calibrated.
