After the engine has been delivered by our sales department, the wide range of activities of the service team commences with the commissioning stage.
The consistent quality and reliability of MaK diesel engines is ensured, in the commissioning phase and for the duration of the guarantee, by the experienced members of our after-sales service department.
Our engineers and approx. sixty MaK/Cat-service technicians are at present available in the service division of Zeppelin Power Systems in Hamburg and Bremen, for all further service tasks.

We provide a 24 hour service, both in Hamburg and in Bremen. Our emergency service can be reached unter an emergency number around the clock, seven days a week:

Both locations are certified according to DIN ISO 9001 and have, in addition to their store of spare parts, modern well-equipped workshops which can meet all requirements.
To ensure a speedy execution of tasks in Russia and the Ukraine, our service team is supported by our employees in St. Petersburg.
